Abstract

Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been an increasing number of diagnoses of immune-mediated diseases in patients following acute SARS-CoV-2 infection. We present the case of a 69-year-old woman with a recent history of mild SARS-CoV-2 infection, who developed persistent fever and a cutaneous rash. After ruling out infectious and neoplastic causes and reviewing the Yamaguchi criteria, she was diagnosed with adult-onset Still's disease. The patient showed favourable clinical response following the initiation of corticosteroid treatment.
