Liver involvement in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus can manifest in different ways and have different etiologies, whether due to external agents, the disease itself, or concomitant conditions such as autoimmune hepatitis. Through this study, we aim to examine the association between these two pathologies in patients being monitored by the Autoimmune and Systemic Diseases Unit at our hospital.
