Abstract

We present the case of a young man with no medical history, originally from Mali, who consulted for asthenia,
cough and fever and presented a pulmonary lesion consistent with tuberculosis. However, some data contradicted
this diagnosis, and further tests were required to reach a definitive diagnosis. The favourable response to appropriate
treatment contributed to confirming the suspected diagnosis.
