Brucellosis is a bacterial zoonosis transmitted through unpasteurized dairy products and contact with infected
animals. It maintains a high global burden and persists in Cuba. It presents with nonspecific symptoms such as
fever, generalized pain, and hepatosplenomegaly. Diagnosis integrates clinical assessment, serology, and molecular techniques such as PCR, which enable timely confirmation. We present three cases of brucellosis with diverse manifestations: febrile syndrome with splenomegaly, endocarditis, and neurobrucellosis. Diagnosis was confirmed by PCR, and specific treatment led to favorable outcomes without major complications in all hospitalized patients. The objective of this presentation is to describe a case series of brucellosis with varied clinical presentations.
