Abstract

Non-Hodgkin lymphoma represents 3% of malignant neoplasm diseases in adults. Usually it shows up as a single or widespreaded lymphadenopathy. Only 20% show up in an extranodal way with a symptomatology that depends on its placement. We showcase the clinical case of a patient who had lumbosciatica and rapidly progressive right hydronephrosis as an atipical presentation of the disease, due to a soft tissue mass located in L5-S1. After the biopsy she was diagnosed with diffuse large B cell lymphoma.
